Half Day

Get a taste of the world-class mountain biking trails here in Bellingham, WA!

Discover why Bellingham is quickly becoming a world-class mountain biking destination with a trail tour through lush PNW rainforest, curated to your riding abilities.

    • Skip maps and Trailforks! Our guides will pick the best trails for your group’s level. With over 80 miles of singletrack of varying levels and styles at Galbraith alone, we will combine deep knowledge and flexibility to provide the best possible experience for your group

    • Only bring yourselves. We have bikes for rent, helmets, as well as complimentary water bottles and snacks, all brought straight to your tour meeting location. All you need to do is dress in active clothing, and meet us at the trailhead!

    • Separate groups only combined when skill levels very similar.

    • Tour Duration: 3 hours

    • Start time:

      • 9am

      • 2pm (April 1st-Oct 31st)

    • Meeting location: South Galbraith

    • Includes: helmet, water bottle, snacks

    • Riding level: all

    • $80 total per group on added to base pricing to have your guide all to yourself!

    • Optional pick up/drop off from accommodations as long as you are staying within 10 miles of downtown Bellingham.


Full Day

Looking to dig deeper than one 3-hour session would allow?

Book a full-day tour and you’ll have a chance to see some of the variety of our local trails, part of what makes this place so special. Not to mention, lunch is included!

    • Separate groups only combined when skill levels very similar.

    • Tour Duration: 7 hours

    • Start time:

      • 9am

    • Meeting location: South Galbraith

    • Includes: lunch, helmet, water bottle, snacks

    • Riding level: all

    • Fitness level: high

    • $80 total per group on added to base pricing to have your guide all to yourself!

    • Optional pick up/drop off from accommodations as long as you are staying within 10 miles of downtown Bellingham.


E-MTB Half-Day

Ride more, faster!

Rent and EMTB from us at checkout, rent from another local shop, or bring your own electric mountain bike.

    • Separate groups only combined when skill levels very similar.

    • Tour Duration: 3 hours

    • Start time:

      • 2pm (April 1st-Oct 31st)

    • Meeting location: South Galbraith

    • Includes: helmet, water bottle, snacks

    • Riding level: all

Bellingham Mountain Biking Day Tours
  • All our mountain bike day-tours meet and end at the trailhead.

  • Mountain bike rentals are available and will be brought to the meeting location by your Dig Deep Tours guide. Learn more here

  • Need a ride? We have a clean, safe shuttle van to pick up tour guests at their lodging. Only available for private tours.

  • We provide helmets, water bottles, and snacks to make sure tour guests are safe and comfortable.


Galbraith Mountain TOURS


  • Most of our guided bike tours take place at Galbraith Mountain. With over 60 miles of single-track mountain bike trails of all difficulties - from first-time beginner-friendly trails, all the way to pro-sized gap-jumps - Galbraith is the dream destination for a mountain bike trip.

  • For every skill level there is a variety of bike trail types: from modern-style flow trails, to old-school technical trails and wooden bridges, to short skills-tracks to build confidence mid-ride.

  • Located only 5 miles from downtown Bellingham, the trails are very easy to access. Our incredible trail-steward nonprofit Whatcom Mountain Bike Coalition (WMBC) manages the trails and runs volunteer trail-work days, so the trails are incredibly well cared for.
